中新网7月31日电 据国家海洋预报台网站消息，31日16时，国家海洋预报台发布海浪Ⅲ级警报(黄色)，预计31日夜间到8月1日白天，南海北部将出现4到6米的巨浪到狂浪区，近海海浪预警级别为黄色。
国家海洋预报台根据《风暴潮、海浪、海啸和海冰灾害应急预案》发布海浪Ⅲ级警报(黄色)。受今年第7号台风“韦帕”(热带风暴级)的影响，预计：7月31日夜间到8月1日白天，南海北部将出现4到6米的巨浪到狂浪区，近海海浪预警级别为黄色;广东、海南东部、北部近岸海域将出现3到4米的大浪到巨浪，该近岸海域海浪预警级别为黄色;广西近岸海域将出现2到3米的中浪到大浪，该近岸海域海浪预警级别为蓝色。
请在上述海域作业的船只注意安全，沿海各有关单位提前采取防浪避浪措施。
