中新网11月18日电 受强冷空气影响，中央气象台今日6时继续发布寒潮蓝色预警。
中央气象台预计，18日08时至19日08时，西北地区东南部、黄淮东部、江淮、江南大部、华南、西南地区东部等地最低气温或平均气温将下降6～8℃，其中福建东部、广西北部、广东北部、湖南南部、江西南部等地的部分地区降温幅度可达10～12℃。
内蒙古中东部、江淮南部、江南北部等地将有4～6级偏北风，阵风可达7～8级，江河湖面的风力有5～7级，阵风可达8～9级，东部和南部海区有7～9级大风，阵风可达10～11级。
19日凌晨，地面最低温度0℃线将南压至沿淮一带地区，河南中南部至苏皖沿淮地区将出现初霜冻。
